Experience Griffith Film School

Experience Week

Experience Week is tailored to current Year 11 and 12 students considering future tertiary study at the Griffith Film School. During the week-long program, participants will choose a study area (Film, Animation or Games Design) and be taught by our highly skilled, industry connected teaching team and gain theoretical and practical skills. Participants will also complete a piece of work for their creative portfolio and get a feel for what it’s like to study at the Griffith Film School. In 2023, you will have the choice to attend Experience Week either 26–30 June 2023, or 3–7 July 2023.

Winton Experience

In 2023 this unique, intensive, outback film camp will run 30 June – 6 July 2023. This opportunity is open to passionate secondary school students in year 11 and 12 looking to explore screen and media as an exciting option for a career pathway after school. You'll experience an extraordinary hands-on, immersive journey under the supervision and direction of experienced industry professionals and Griffith Film School lecturers through the various aspects of creating a short film during the camp. Applications to attend the Winton Swaggies Film Camp close 15 May 2023.

Artist in Residence
